I'VE SEEN AN ITEM BUT I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND IT ONLINE? 

If you have seen HBCUWeek Foundation Apparel that you cannot find on our website, it may have been a limited edition collection and is currently no longer available. We suggest purchasing any limited edition before they sell out. For our new releases, please subscribe to our email newsletter! 

WHY HAS MY PACKAGE BEEN DELAYED? 

Please note our shipping times have changed due to shipping delays all over due to COVID-19. We are working diligently to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience during this time! 

WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?

Once after contacting your carrier and you still need assistance regarding locating your order, please feel free to contact us at merch@hbcuweek.org. Within 2 business days, one of our representatives will be happy to assist you with this matter.
